2. User Accounts and Access Tiers

We offer different levels of access to help you reach your "North Star":

Free Users

Access to a core repository of 50 essential questions and public solutions.

Pro Users

Access to the full repository of real-world interview questions (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok), detailed Expert Solutions with architectural diagrams, and AI-powered assessments.

Persistence: We offer a "Zero-Friction" experience where you can start practicing immediately. However, to synchronize your progress across devices, you must sign in to your account.

3. Proper Use & Intellectual Property

  • •Proper Use: Use the workspace for legitimate practice purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our proprietary questions or expert solutions.
  • •Platform Content: All "Expert Solutions," architectural diagrams, the "Deep Charcoal Mesh" interface, and our unique "Shuffle" mechanism are the exclusive property of Product Decode.
  • •User Submissions: You retain ownership of your drafts and answers. By using the workspace, you grant us the right to store this data to provide features like "Auto-save" and progress tracking.
  • •Trade-off Mindset: Abide by the "Trade-off" mindset: focus on learning deeply rather than memorizing patterns. We value "Efficiency over Volume".

4. AI Assessment and Feedback (Pro Feature)

  • •Nature of Feedback: Our AI Feedback uses advanced models (such as Gemini or GPT) to analyze your work based on real-world competency frameworks.
  • •No Absolute Truth: In system design, there is no single "right" answer, only optimal ones. AI feedback is intended as a tool to stimulate critical thinking regarding risks, costs, and performance.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • •Monetization: Access to Pro features requires a recurring subscription.
  • •Quality Commitment: We aim for high retention by ensuring our expert solutions meet Big Tech standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for a "Zero-Latency" experience and provide high-fidelity content, Product Decode does not guarantee specific interview outcomes or job offers. The service is provided "as is," focused on elevating your system thinking skills.
